We aim to partner with USA based companies whenever possible; that includes farmers, mills and producers.
We are proud to buy from Central Milling Company out of Logan, Utah for our 100% organic artisan wheat flour. Their aim is to promote a "Farm to Fork" transparency that creates a better result for the food, the farmer and ultimately, for you.
For all of our other ingredients, we strive to keep it USA local as often as possible but we will never compromise on keeping things organic with your family in mind.

All of our bread is baked the morning of pickup to ensure it's as fresh as possible for your enjoyment.
-
We recommend enjoying your bread as soon as possible or store it in the bread bag it was sold in for the next few days. We intentionally chose a bag that includes closures for this very reason. Alternatively, you can opt for a 100% cotton bread bag to extend its freshness. (Wild Bandit Bread Bags coming SOON!) Although...our bread doesn't usually last long enough to need a bag!
-
Absolutely! Our bread can either be frozen whole or sliced. To refresh, simply toast your slices or quickly run your loaf under the tap and pop it in the oven to reheat it. We recommend enjoying it while it's warm!
-
We kindly ask that you make every effort possible to honor the pickup time that you have chosen. We understand that emergencies can happen but if we are not notified ahead of time to make other arrangements, we will have to assume that your order is forfeited and refunds will not be given. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
